Yes. Avoid sending personal data such as National Insurance Number and bank account details by unsecured email. If you must send such information by email please try and protect it from prying eyes by using password-protected pdf documents, for example. Simply telephone us to confirm the password so that we can open the document when it arrives.

Data is stored either in physical files in our offices in the traditional manner or in electronic form on our dedicated office servers. Archived files are usually stored electronically. We use off-site back-up services located in the United States of America so this data will be stored outside EC states. All electronic transmission of data is under 128 bit military-grade encryption.
