As we navigate through the new normal that is social distancing and self-isolation. Questions are being raised about contacting your Financial Adviser during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Throughout this time, The Harvest Partnership Ltd continues to be OPEN for business to support our clients and future clients as required and contacting your Financial Adviser during the Covid-19 Pandemic is entirely possible and encouraged. You can find out more about our company changes and business updates on our Covid-19 Business Updates page. We will at all times prioritise the health, safety and welfare of our staff and clients.
Although many offices have closed their doors to visitors and even staff members. Contacting your Financial Adviser during the Covid-19 Pandemic is still very much possible. It is especially encouraged for those who are feeling unsure or anxious about their portfolio or future investments.
How are The Harvest Partnership Ltd supporting Future Clients?
Many people have now found themselves with some extra time on their hands and are turning to organisation to keep themselves busy. An excellent use of time, while ‘staying home, protecting the NHS’. Now the cupboards are tidy, and food tins are now alphabetised, there is no better time to consider your finances.
We are still OPEN for new clients to enquire for both advice for the very near future, as well as advice for the future. Our advisers have been able to arrange video calls to speak with new clients. Although the backgrounds you see may not be the offices you may expect, and occasionally a toddler or child may be heard asking for a snack. We are still here to support you.
How are The Harvest Partnership Ltd supporting Existing Clients?
Clients can contact their Financial Adviser as normal. Although no longer based in an office, all our Financial Advisers can be contacted on their usual phone number and email addresses. We are encouraging all clients who have any concerns or worries about their portfolio to get in touch. We are happy to talk through the current situation and how it had or is likely to affect any investments or pensions in place.
Additionally, for those that have found themselves in a new financial situation. We would absolutely recommend contacting your Financial Adviser during the Covid-19 pandemic. We want to ensure you remain as financially secure position where possible and will help advise and guide your through this time.
Again, our team are adapting as well, with a few younger children now home from school, please be aware that you may hear an excited little one wanting to show their parent their most recent artistic creation.
How have the phone lines changed?
You are still able to call our office lines as usual. Due to the changes we have made to how we work, and an increase in calls and enquiries, lines may be a little busier than usual. We do however have a voicemail service and online enquiry form so we will return your call and enquiry as quickly as possible. Find our contact details on the Contact Us page.
Working from home effectively.
The Harvest Partnership Ltd has transitioned from working collectively in our three office locations across the UK, to remote working. So contacting your Financial Adviser during the Covid-19 Pandemic remains the same for all clients and future clients. This transition has been smooth with no negative impact on our staff or clients. A number of our team do have young children that occasionally like to visit parents in their new office space. Clients have enjoyed waving at them on video calls.
Throughout these times, as the nation is coming together to stay apart. We applaud the efforts of all the Key Workers that continue to go to work each day, those that are working from home while looking after children and each and every individual that is contributing to protecting the NHS Coronavirus efforts by following social distancing and staying home where ever possible.
